Love-Hate Relationship

I have a very deep love-hate relationship with facebook.com. It's addicting...let me tell you. I love having it because I get to see how all my friends are doing, and it let's me talk to them, and make fun of them still.....and it's just wonderful!! But then on the other hand, it lets me see too many things that I would've been better off not knowing.....I guess the logical solution here would be to get rid of facebook if it's really that big of a deal, but we all know that's not going to happen. :) It really comes down to how I feel. We can control our attitudes. It's incredibly hard sometimes, but it's always possible. Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and forget about things. I found a really cool quote on my sister's fridge awhile back....here it is....

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day of our lives regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
