Round-a-bouts

I've noticed round-a-bouts are becoming really popular. Riverdale and Roy have been putting in a lot lately. You'd think this would be a good thing. The only problem is....people don't know how to use them!! I was driving home from work today on 4400 S. (there's three round-a-bouts on this road). I figured there must have been a wreck or something because people were going so slow! It took almost 10 minutes to get through the three round-a-bouts, and there wasn't a wreck....just a bunch of people who don't quite know that yield doesn't mean stop. :)
